Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of payment. (Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.) Orders made during promotional periods and special events, may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of  ZTE. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance separately.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

ZTE will keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached.

 

Free standard shipping on ZTE

Free standard shipping is usually available on any ZTE phone. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

About Customs For Global Store Purchases

Taxes are not included for all regions in global and NA store, all of our products will be shipped under DAP terms. This means we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary. 

* Kindly remind: if the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer. As a result, extra costs beyond port-of-entry may be incurred upon receipt of your ZTE smartphone.

You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website. Courier Delivery cost includes tip.

We only charge delivery costs for the first shipping and for returns you should pay the shipping fee(except the quality issues).

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on shipping address and shipping method. The following options can be selected during checkout:

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days processing time + 2 -15 days delivery)

 

Priority Shipping (2-4 business day processing time + 5 - 8 days delivery)

 

Asia Pacific & Middle East:

 

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days processing time + 5 - 25 days delivery)

 

Priority Shipping (2-4 business day processing time + 5 - 8 days delivery)

 

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges will be necessary for shipping addresses in remote locations. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
